DJACKENNS DENOTE,22, of Kew Town, Providenciales, appeared at the Providenciales Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon (Friday 30th, August 30, 2024) and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.
Mr Denote, also known as “Police,” was charged by the Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit officers on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024, with THREE COUNTS of RAPE.
The accused also faces the following charges:
1) One Count- Possession of Firearm,
2) One Count- Possession of Ammunition
Mr. Denote was charged following a report filed on August 18th, 2024.
On August 19th, following intensive investigations, Mr Denote was apprehended by police officers during an operation in Kew Town. The accused will return to court on 3rd September 2024.
