JEAN VALCIN, 44, of Blue Hills, Providenciales, appeared in court yesterday (25 February) charged with one count of rape.
Mr. Valcin was granted $10,000 bail with one surety on the condition that he report to the Grace Bay Police Station on specified days and times as outlined by the court.
The Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit (SPPU) officers charged the accused following intensive investigations into a report lodged on 7 March 2024.
The matter was adjourned to 4 April for a sufficiency hearing.
