Members of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force conducted a joint operation with Immigration Officials in the Barcy Yard area of Five Cays Providenciales earlier today (Wednesday 9th November 2016).
The joint operation was conducted around 3 AM in search of persons who are suspects of serious crimes and illegal immigrants.
This is part of an ongoing operation to apprehend individuals who are wanted by the RTCIPF.
A number of persons were detained for Immigration purposes.
