Officers of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force Serious Crime Unit were at the scene of a suspected homicide in Grace Bay, Providenciales.
Shortly after 7pm, the Police Control Room received reports of gunshots at a business place.
Officers and medical personnel were dispatched to the given location, and upon arrival, the body of a male was discovered.
This remains an active investigation.
