DOMINIC EDGAR MISSICK JR. has been charged with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving when Under the Influence of Drink.
Missick Jr., 22, of Grand Turk, was charged on Wednesday, February 12, and granted $5000 bail with one surety. He is expected to appear in court on February 21, 2025.
The charge against the accused came following an investigation into the death of OMARK OBRIAN WILLIAMS on November 23, 2024.
The Police Control Room had received a report of an accident involving a motorcyclist and a motor vehicle.
Emergency Medical Technicians and officers of the Grand Turk Police Station responded, and upon arrival, officers observed Mr Williams being administered CPR.
Despite efforts to resuscitate Mr Williams, he succumbed to injuries sustained.
