DAVIDSON MARTIN,29, of Grand Turk, is expected to appear before a Magistrate today (March 15th) charged with one count of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm.
On Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit officers charged Mr Martin under Section 10 of the Offences Against the Person Ordinance.
The charge was laid following an investigation into the report of a 48-year-old female who arrived at a medical facility on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
Based on the information received and interviews conducted, Mr Martin is alleged to have attacked the female victim.
