MICHAEL SILVER, 39, of Five Cays, Providenciales, has been charged with Sexual Activity with a child under the age of 16 years.
The Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit (SPPU) officers charged Mr Silver on Tuesday, 3 Sept 2024.
The accused was granted bail in the sum of $5000. and is expected to appear before a Magistrate on September 9.
Mr Silver was charged following an incident allegedly occurring in July 2023.
The SPPU wishes to strongly reiterate that if you suspect a child is being abused or there are allegations of abuse, IMMEDIATELY utilise any of the following options:

* Contact the Safeguarding and Public Protection Unit at 232- 6696, the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) -338-4013, Department of Social Development at 338-4008 or call 911.
