JERMAINE MISSICK, 46, of Long Bay, Providenciales, has been charged with TWO COUNTS of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
Mr. Missick was charged on November 13th, 2024, after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions advised that fresh criminal charges be laid. He appeared in court today (November 18th) and was placed on $15,000 bail.
Mr Missick will appear in the Supreme Court on January 10th, 2025, for a Sufficiency Hearing.
The accused was charged in relation to a fatal accident which occurred on September 8 2016, along South Dock Road, which resulted in the death of Martin Shields Been and Carrell Glinton, both of Glass Shack.
Mr Missick was initially charged in 2016, prosecuted and convicted. However, on appeal, he was discharged.
