A 28-year-old male from North Caicos was granted $10,000 bail with one surety when he appeared before a Magistrate today (03 March).
TERRICO MISICK is charged with Causing Grievous Bodily Harm and is expected to reappear in Court on June 06th, 2025, for a Sufficiency Hearing.
The accused’s bail conditions include:
∙ Reporting Requirement: Must sign in at the Whitby Police Station on specified days and times as outlined by the Court
∙ Curfew: Must remain at his residence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. ∙ No Contact Order: Must not interfere with the victim directly or indirectly, nor instruct anyone to do so on his behalf.
On March 28, 2025, officers of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force responded to a report of a wounding incident at a Kew, North Caicos location.
Upon arrival at the scene and subsequently at the Nivlyn Butterfield Clinic, officers observed a male victim who had sustained severe facial injuries.
Following investigations, Misick was arrested and later charged.
