Today (27th August, 2024) 19 years old Kaden Lightbourne of Grand Turk appeared at Grand Turk Magistrate’s Court where he was remanded to prison until 4 October, 2024.
Mr. Lightbourne was charged on Monday 26th August 2024, by Officers of Grand Turk Criminal Investigations Department, in connection with the death of Stavardo Talbot.
The deceased of South Back Salina was shot multiple times on Sunday, August 04th 2024 near the Parade Ground, Back Salina.
